Creative Movement

Service Description

This 45 minute class is for ages 3 to 5 years old. Children will explore basic elements of movement, space, direction, traveling, focus point, strength, flow, action, levels, and shapes. Children will move to the music individually and in a group. Props such as tamborines, scarves, and castanets will be used as a fun addition to the movement practice. A french folk dance especially for children will be taught with scarves. Creative Movement helps develop and strengthen the body and mind.
